birthday candle packing machine

Application:

The machine is used to pack the birthday candle into blister package.

it can bond the papercoard and plastic cover togher by electricity heat.

Process:

1. manually put the the birthday candle into the plastic cover

2. put the plastic cover and birthday candle into the lower part moud

3. put the papercard onto the plastic cover and upper mould

4.  rotate the working table and fill each mould

5. turn power on, the machine will heat the papercard and plastic cover,

the paperboard is precoated with special glue,it will bond the plastic cover

when heated.
