paraffin wax granule wax flake making machine
This machine is used to make the paraffin wax granule, the made granule size
is uniform, very suitable for making candle and other paraffin wax product.
The machine has the following parts:
1. wax melting system
2. wax spraying system
3. rotating drum (cooling water inside)
4. water/steam entering and discharging system
5. water storage tank
6. wax granule conveyance belt
7. wax pump
8. wax funnel
9. wax granule discharger
10. thermal detecter
The paraffin wax is melted in the wax melting system, and then sprayed
to the rotating drum (cooling water inside), the cooled wax will be vibrated
and shaped into the wax flake/granule, then the wax flake or granule will
be conveyed to the wax discharger for further process.
The wax granule or wax flake making machine can make 150-200kgs per hour.
