Description:
The electric wax melter made by China dlc machinery co.,limited is a electrical device to
melt or heat the wax/soap/candle into liquid state, the temperature is adjustable. Set at
required temperature on the melter, when the heating material inside the melter pot reach
up to the set temperature it will pause at once. Then the melter will shift into warming mode.
The melter is very useful at candle and soap production for small scale factory.
The wax melter is double wall container, between the double wall there shall be filled with
heat transfer liquid, the liquid conduct he heat to wax or soap, it's much more safer than the
direct wax heater or melter.
We have two standard models of wax melter: 100L and 150L. They can melt 100L and
150L wax or soap each cycle separately. The melter shall be connected to the powder
supply 380V or 220V, 50Hz. Any custom melting volume and power supply system are available
on your request.
Note: The metler is doubled walled container, you need to fill the heat transfer oil or engine oil inside, the oil is used
to be the heat transfer media.
