80 HOUR IVORY CHURCH PILLAR CANDLE MAKING MACHINE

The church candle making machine is manual molding type, it realize the batch production of church candle from the separate moulds production.

The operation process is similar to the candle making with silicone/metal/gypsum mould.

 First put cotton wick through each fixed mould, then pour melted wax(w/without fragrances, 

color or other candle additives) into the mould. water circulates 

around the mould to cool the wax. After 5-10 minutes till candles get stiff,rotate the extruding 

wheel, the candles will be ejected from

 the mould. Then use a flat shovel to cut off wicks from the top of the mould. What you do

 now is to pack the candle and sell for money! Isn't it easy or funny?

on the machine.
