Electrical wax melter operation instruction

1. The electrical wax melter has two parts: wax melter tank and temperature control box
2. The working power: 240V/50HZ, 6KW at max load.
3. Connect the temperature control box with your power supply.
In the photo 4, no. 1 is power supply switch , no. 6 is AC contactor witch shut off the powder supply
automatically when the wax temperature reach up to the pre-set temperature.
Use the screw driver to loose the screw (no.2 and 3). Insert Live line into the clearance under no. 2
screw then fasten it. Then insert the null line into the clearance under no. 3 screw then fasten it.
The power supply cable should be put into the control box through hole no. 5.

4. Put the wax block into the melting tank, and fill the heat transfer liquid/oil (any brand which working/heating
temperature 300C around), the quantity about 30kgs through the entrance no. 1 in photo 6. When filling the fluid,
turn the entrance hole upward, after filling, turn the entrance hole downward to prevent the dust.

5. Turn on the temperature switch no. 1, turn left-up---on, turn left-down--off.
Temperature adjusting unit no. 2, "-" means temperature lower, "+" means temperature increasing. The max temperature
up to 140C. Power supply indicator, no. 3, when the control box connected with the power supply, and the temperature
switch "on", the indicator will turn light.
Heating indicator. When the wax inside the melting tank is heating, the indicator will turn light.

6. Release the melted wax.
In photo 8, no. 1 is wax release valve, open the valve, the melted wax will flow out.

7. temperature detector/sensor
In photo 9, the white unit is the temperature detector/sensor anchored at the bottom of the tank,
it can detect the wax temperature and show it at the temperature indicator. Caution: do not remove
the temperature sensor out the wax melter, otherwise it will cause risk.
