The machine is specially to make school educational blackboard chalk, sidewalk chalk,talc chalk

the machine has eight molds, one gypsum slurry mixer,

The electric mixer is connected with water source pipe, it has a water tank with a buoy inside. 

Adjust the buoy position in the water tank can control the water volume. Tread the foot pedal to release 

the water in the tank to the mixing barrel. Put the scaled/weighed plaster of Paris into the mixing barrel, 

the plaster and water quantity fed ratio shall keep in 1:1 by weight. Turn on the power supply, the mixer motor 

runs for about 10 seconds. The slurry will be ready for release on the chalk mould. 

When the chalk inside the moulds are set hard, then revere the mould and put extruding lever to take 

the chalk fall down on wooden drawer. The not fully dried chalk has to be carried out and placed on the wood pallet.

 Then place the wood pallet in opening place for sun shine. The chalk drying yard should have protection measures to avoid rain.
