Cotter pin diameter range: 10-12mm
Note: the dia range is the ideal size for the machine make, however the
machine can make any pins in dia less no more than 12mm. but if the dia
less than 10mm, the power will be surplus, it means the power and consumption
are the same while make the smaller pins, as Chinese saying, Great horse
pulling the mini carrige.
