The machine has the following function parts:

1. umbrella cap feeding system

2. twisted wire feeding system

3. twisted shank anti slipping embossing system ( embossing mould is required)

4. shank and cap assembling system

5. nail point forming and cutting system (point cutting mould is required)

Auxilliary machines required:

1. nail point cutting mould grinder

2. sand wheel grinder

3. umbrella cap polishing machine, 1000kgs/4hour

the cap need to be polished and waxed in the machine, the smooth waxed cap will

be easy to slide down on the nail making machine and assemble with the shank

the polishing media can be wood dust or saw dust, also the paraffin wax is required

After the nail is made, please put them into the galvanizing plant and make them galvanized

before use.

The follwing raw materials are requuired:

1. straight or twisted shank wire 9BWG, if your steel wire is not the standard BWG wire,

the wire drawing machine is a necessory, the wire drawing machine can draw the larger

diameter wire into smaller diameter wire, during the drawing process, the twisted shape

can be made with special twisting mould. the wire material GB195 or GB215 is recommended.

2. umbrella cap, the umbrella cap is made on the punch machine with metal sheet.

2. 1kg roofing nails contain 300g cap and 700g shank
