some clints ofen asked if the model dlc4-6 can make the screw in diameter less than 4mm, I 'd like to tell them that

YES OF COURSE, HOWEVER IT'S NOT ECONOMICAL!   YOU MAY SEE, DLC4-6 HAS THE ELECTRICAL POWER CONSUMPTION

4KW AND SPEED IS 90PCS PER MINUTE,  IF IT MAKE THE SCREW LESS THAN 4MM, FOR EXAMPLE, 2 OR 3MM, IT WILL USE

MORE ELECTRICAL POWER AT LOWER SPEED THAN THE MODEL DLC2-4 !! THAT'S THE REASON I DONT RECOMMEND YOU

TO MAKE FULL RANGE OF SCREW AT SINGLE MODEL OF THE MACHINE.  THE SAME MACHINE MODEL SELECTION PRINCIPLE

IS APPLIED TO THE THREAD FORMING MACHINE.

 

Self tapping screw thead forming machine

The machine is used to make the thread on the self tapping screw shank.

It has two models:

 Model 2-4:  which produce the screw M2-M4,  80pcs/minute

                    AC380V, 50HZ, 1.1kw

                     net weight: 300kgs

                     Dimension: 1100*700*1000mm

Model4-6:  Which produce the screw M4-M6, 70pcs/minute

                        AC380V, 50HZ, 1.5kw

                     net weight: 400kgs

                     Dimension: 1300*800*1100mm
